In the grand culinary landscape of comfort foods, where does one find solace? Some might find it in a steaming bowl of soup, others in a cheesy, oozy pizza. For me? It’s all about the crispy, golden glory of fried chicken and its miniature counterpart, the humble yet irresistible chicken nugget.
You see, the love for fried chicken runs deep in my family. My grandfather, a man of impeccable taste, adored it. I like to think he passed down to me not just his charisma and good looks, but also his undying love for all things deep-fried and chicken-y.
